The initiative aims to benefit the youth of the state. Under this program, young individuals participating in internships will receive monthly financial assistance of Rs 2,500. The Uttar Pradesh Internship Scheme will connect 10th, 12th, and graduate students from Uttar Pradesh with various technical institutes and industries.
UP Internship Scheme 2023
Under this scheme, the youth undergoing training in Uttar Pradesh will receive financial assistance of Rs 2,500, out of which Rs 1,500 will be provided by the central government, and the remaining Rs 1,000 will be provided by the state government, as announced by Yogi Adityanath. The UP Internship will be organized in two-time frames, which include a 6-month training program and a 1-year training program. After the completion of their training, each student will be given job placements based on their talents and skills. This initiative is expected to provide employment opportunities to approximately 500,000 students.
