Rajasthan Free Mobile Yojana List 2023
Under the Rajasthan Free Mobile Yojana, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot aims to provide smartphones to 1.35 crore women who are heads of BPL families and hold Aadhaar cards in Rajasthan. These smartphones will be provided to the beneficiaries entirely free of cost, along with complimentary internet service, calling, and messaging for a period of three years. In the first phase, Anganwadi workers will receive free mobile phones through this list, followed by the distribution process for other beneficiaries.
There is no need for any registration to include women’s names in the Rajasthan Free Mobile Yojana List. The government will automatically include the names of eligible women and Aadhaar cardholders in this list. The state government is allocating 1200 crores for the benefit of eligible women through this list.
Update as of July 28th: The Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Ashok Gehlot, had announced the Chief Minister Digital Service Scheme in the budget to provide smartphones to women who are heads of BPL families. The implementation of this scheme will now be carried out under the name “Indira Gandhi Free Smartphone Scheme.” In the first phase of the scheme, camps will be set up from August 10th to distribute smartphones and data SIM cards to 4 million female beneficiaries. The beneficiaries will begin receiving the benefits of the Rajasthan Free Mobile Scheme starting on August 10, 2023.
Under this scheme, women heads of households will receive benefits through a single DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer). The smartphones provided will offer safety to the beneficiaries’ families, including students studying in remote areas, and provide information on various government schemes designed for the disadvantaged and weaker sections of society.
This initiative by the Rajasthan government aims to make women and girls digitally literate, and the government has instructed the administration to decide the number and location of camps while considering the monsoon season, with a focus on mobile security, traffic management, law and order, internet connectivity, parking facilities, and buildings for the camps.

To obtain the free smartphone provided by the Rajasthan government, women need to follow the steps outlined below:
- Firstly, you must install the Jan Aadhar e-Wallet on your mobile phone.

Next, you’ll need to perform e-KYC on the IGSY portal.

You should also enter your PAN card details on the portal.

You’ll then be presented with three forms to download. Print them out and take them to the mobile company.

At the mobile company’s counter, choose a mobile phone and SIM card.
