Commencing Approximately HRTC 100 New Bus Routes

Under the Darshan Seva Yojana HRTC in Himachal Pradesh, nearly 100 new bus routes are being introduced to connect religious sites within Himachal Pradesh and those in other states. This expansion aims to provide excellent facilities not only for pilgrims coming to Himachal Pradesh but also for the state’s devotees who wish to visit religious sites located within and outside the state.

Mukesh Agnihotri, Deputy Chief Minister, mentioned that a master plan is being executed for the operation of this scheme. This includes the construction of the Mata Chintpurni Temple and tourist facilities in Chintpurni. Furthermore, a global-level consultant has been appointed to ensure that the projects are carried out correctly, taking into consideration the future needs of both pilgrims and residents in the region. The focus will be on enhancing the convenience and benefits for pilgrims at Himachal Pradesh’s religious sites while also considering the welfare and interests of the local residents.

Online start for Darshan Seva Scheme from first Navratri

Mukesh Agnihotri has revealed that the temple administration at Mata Shri Chintpurni Temple has made the darshan (temple visit) services even more convenient for devotees. Under this new arrangement, devotees who wish to benefit from the hassle-free darshan services can now book their tickets online from the comfort of their homes. The online service has been initiated as part of the Darshan Seva Yojana starting from the first day of Navratri, providing daily online booking options for the devotees.

Daily scheduled devotees will be able to book online

 
Under the Darshan Seva Yojana, interested devotees can now book bus tickets online to avail themselves of the convenient darshan (temple visit) services from the comfort of their homes. This scheme offers daily online booking options for 350 individuals. Additionally, 150 people can benefit from physical ticket booking. In total, under the Darshan Seva Yojana, 500 devotees are facilitated with bus services daily for visiting the Chintpurni Temple.
 

Darshan facility by lift

The Chintpurni Temple administration is providing the convenient darshan (temple visit) service to groups of up to five devotees at a rate of 1100 rupees per lift. Furthermore, a vehicle service is available for transportation from Baba Main Das Sadan to the lift. This service is provided free of cost for senior citizens aged 65 and above, individuals with disabilities, and those who are unwell. Only 50 rupees are charged for each accompanying person.

Facility to watch temple activities through 3D film

For the devotees visiting Chintpurni Temple, a 3D film facility has been introduced, allowing them to witness all the daily activities of the temple. The cost for this service is set at only 101 rupees. Devotees can visit the kiosk near the lift area, where they can use virtual reality headsets to view the temple’s activities through the 3D film. This 7-minute film provides information about various aspects such as the goddess’s aarti, offerings, kanya pujan, havan, and more.

Mukesh Agnihotri mentioned that the Chintpurni Temple in Himachal Pradesh is the first temple to provide the convenience of virtual darshan (temple visit).
